🛡️ Play Responsibly

Responsible Gaming at 999pd

We want every player in Bangladesh to enjoy betting and casino games as a fun leisure activity — safely, within their means, and always in control.

Our Commitment to Safe Play

At 999pd, responsible gaming is not a policy statement on a page — it is the foundation of how we operate for our players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, and beyond.

Gaming at 999pd is designed as entertainment. Whether you enjoy cricket betting on BPL matches, spinning the reels on Pragmatic Play slots, or playing live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming, the experience should always feel enjoyable — never stressful, compulsive, or financially harmful. When gaming stops being fun, it is time to step back, and 999pd provides every tool you need to do exactly that.

We actively encourage players to set personal boundaries, use our available account tools, and seek professional help whenever necessary. Our support team is available around the clock — Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) — ready to assist any player who feels their gaming habits may be getting out of hand.

21+

999pd is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We verify player age during registration and reserve the right to suspend accounts where age requirements are not met. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful — we take this seriously.

How to Use Our Self-Help Tools

All account management tools are accessible directly from your 999pd account settings. Here is what each tool does and how to activate it.

📉

Setting a Deposit Limit

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Enter your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly maximum in BDT (e.g., ৳5,000 per day). Limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling-off period; decreases apply instantly to protect you.

⏰

Activating a Time-Out

Navigate to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Time-Out. Choose a break period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration. During a time-out, your account remains open but you cannot place bets, make deposits, or access casino games.

🛑

Requesting Self-Exclusion

Self-exclusion is a stronger measure. Contact our support team via live chat or email and request to be excluded. You can choose 6 months, 1 year, 5 years, or permanent exclusion. Once active, 999pd will not reinstate your account before the period expires, even if requested.

🔒

Cooling-Off Period

If you need a short break without full self-exclusion, request a cooling-off period of 1 to 42 days. During this period, your account is fully suspended. This is ideal if you feel you simply need a reset and some space away from gaming.

Recognising Problem Gambling

Problem gambling can affect anyone. Knowing the warning signs is the first step toward getting help.

If you notice any of the following signs in yourself or someone you know, it may be time to reach out for support:

  • Chasing losses: Continuing to bet in an attempt to win back money that has already been lost.
  • Neglecting responsibilities: Missing work, family obligations, or daily routines because of time spent gambling.
  • Borrowing to gamble: Taking loans or using money meant for essential expenses such as rent, food, or bills to fund betting.
  • Mood-driven gambling: Gambling to escape stress, anxiety, depression, or loneliness rather than for entertainment.
  • Hiding gambling activity: Feeling the need to conceal how much time or money is being spent on betting from family or friends.

Our Ongoing Commitment

999pd operates on a foundation of fairness, transparency, and player well-being. We use RNG-certified game engines, SSL-encrypted payment channels including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, and maintain strict KYC protocols to ensure the platform is used only by verified, eligible adults.

We review our responsible gaming policies regularly and update our tools in line with best practices. Player feedback directly shapes how we develop and improve these features. If you believe a feature is missing that would help you play more safely, we encourage you to tell us.

We also remind all players: gambling should never be seen as a source of income or a strategy for solving financial difficulties. Please only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Set your budget before you log in, stick to it, and walk away when the session ends.
